Rod Barker

Rod is a Principal Broker and Real Estate Attorney. He instructs Real Estate Broker classes throughout the state of Oregon in the Graduate Realtor Institute (GRI) program as well as is an active member on several committees at the state level. Rod specializes in foreclosure properties and commercial business analysis. He is a licensed Realtor in Oregon and has a wealth of knowledge that can be tapped into.  In his free time he has his own Youtube channel (Your-RealEstateGuru.com) that keeps him busy as well as caring for his Guide Dog, Cairo.

Karen Croston

I am the owner and Principal Broker for our Mt Hood Realty office in Troutdale, OR, and Camas, WA.  I serve on the East Metro Board of Directors for Real Estate as well as other committees. We have a great team of brokers that enjoy providing individual service to all of their clients and believe in earning your business one house at a time. Although our main office is located off of Dora St in Troutdale we do service the entire Portland/ Vancouver metro areas and have been known to travel further for that special property.  As a cabin owner myself, I enjoy spending time on the mountain showing forest service cabins as well as farmland in Sandy, Damascus, and Estacada.  I have a passion for animals and nature, and truly love being outdoors or in front of a warm fire on blustery days.  Give us a call and we will help you find the home of your dreams.

Wes Davis

Audrey Wellford

Real Estate has been a part of my life since I can remember. My grandfather owned his own real estate company on the Coast of Oregon, and my aunt has been in the business for many years down in Talent, Oregon. When I decided to go down this career path it felt like it was in my blood! I have been enjoying every minute of it, helping people buy and sell their homes is a huge honor. I love to be a part of such a huge step in people's lives! When I am not doing Real Estate, I am usually out and about in nature. In the summer I love to get away and go camping out by a body of water. My dog Zumie loves to swim and to have free range in the woods. In the winter I love to go snowboarding on Mt. Hood and go to all the good concerts that Portland has to offer!

Emilee Walsh

I was born in England but raised in Oregon. The Portland area is home to me, my husband, and two boys. Sandy Oregon and the small towns surrounding Mt Hood area are great places to live which is why I choose to call it home. After deciding to move from the Oregon Coast my family needed a skilled Realtor who was familiar with the area and luckily, we found that with Mt Hood Realty. In 2019 we found our home but it was not the end of my real estate journey, I decided I would devote myself to this community. Shenna is a true native Oregonian. She is a wife of over 20 years and a mother of one. She has a passion for one of Oregon's most popular products, wine! Shenna was also a small business owner for over 15 years that served the Portland Metro area and decided to change careers to become an exceptional real estate agent. Shenna has shown to be dedicated to helping her clients in every way possible, from helping her clients prep their homes to be listed, to walking a first-time home buyer through the process of purchasing a home each step of the way. Katie Lebedenko

Helping people find their dream home and possibly their largest wealth asset in life is my personal passion. Ginger Townsend
